| Catering Services Standard Service Here's a list of what you can expect when Campbell’s Barbecue caters your event. Delivery and set-up prior to the event Iced Water Ice Cart Butter and Honey Our BBQ sauces: Smokey Brown Sugar; Mild; Medium; Hot. Chaffing dishes and Sterno candles to keep the food warm Linens Serving utensils, eating utensils Ceramic or paper plates Cups Napkins and wet tissues To-go boxes Equipment pick-up and trash collection at the conclusion of the event Optional Extras May incur additional charge. Please ask for any or all of these items when you contact us. Servers Silverware Wine glasses Water glasses Tables and chairs Event tent Table candles Flowers Giving Back We donate your left-over food to worthy causes! Once your catering event is finished, you can share the remaining food with your guests using our to-go boxes, or we'll deliver the food to Blanchet House, or Northwest Pilot Project free of charge. Blanchet provides food, clothing and shelter to those in need in our community. Northwest Pilot Project prevents and ends homelessness for very low income and disabled seniors.
